I have just started tracing my family history, and found that my gggg  grandfather Joseph Botfish was born in Arthingworth 1807, married Jane Woodland.

 

They then moved to Launton, where he is listed as farm owner  employing 4 men,(1851 census) and then to Ratley.

 

I wondered if the names meant anything as Arthingworth was where he  was born.
